Aidan's Birthday

Yesterday was my birthday, and I had lots of fun. And we also had chocolate cake with chocolate ice cream and chocolate frosting. And then after we eated our dessert, and then me, got to open my presents. And then after that, there was a hula hoop and a bar of chocolate and there was also another bar of chocolate. And after that, then mama gave me a thing that I thought it was a treat but it was actually a book light, so I can read books with it. And then, when I woke up in the morning I saw a green thing and I thought it was a brand new shirt, and then it was not a big green shirt, it was a BIKE, a green bike!

We went to Wendy's for lunch and I got a frosty, and I also got a cheeseburger and a prize. And then I rode my brand new bike at the park.

Ethan's First Tooth

Ethan lost his very first tooth on February 20, while we were in Logan. It was very loose the night before, and in the morning, while he was eating Lucky Charms with Aidan and his cousins, he looked at me in alarm and said, "I think my tooth fell out." I made him spit out the mouthful of Lucky Charms into my hand and I found the tooth. He was so excited! The tooth fairy gave him a dollar for the first tooth. He now has a second one that is quite loose, but we told him we were under the impression that every tooth from now on would only be worth 50 cents.

Easter Eggs

We colored Easter Eggs before we went to Logan. Ethan LOVES to eat hard-boiled eggs. And, of course, we all had fun coloring them.

(Aidan hijacked the camera and took 12 pictures exactly like this. The pink one in front says "Baby." Awww.)

Time with Friends

We also got to spend time with Jeremy and Karla and their family in Layton. Jeremy is Christian's best friend. We went to Chuck-E-Cheese (the boys were SO sweet - they thought they were "only" there to have fun, and that we would just take the tickets home. When I told them we turn the tickets in for prizes, they were ecstatic. They were so excited for cheap little prizes of straws, a Tootsie Roll, a top, and stickers. When we got in the car, they both said, "Thanks, Mom, for all of the fun we just had.")
And Jeremy's family has a HUGE easter egg hunt every year, like around 500-600 eggs for 12 kids. One egg has a $20 bill in it, and tons of others have change. Both boys made around $6.00 in change. Plus candy and little toys...

Easter and Fun With Cousins

We loved being in Logan. The boys wished they had more time to spend with their cousins. It was also fun to see extended family.

Taylor and Kristi's Wedding

We went up to Logan last weekend for Taylor and Kristi's wedding. The boys participated in the wedding, and it was so much fun! We loved spending time with family.

Chester and Geocaching

A few days ago, Ethan got to bring home Chester the Cheetah from school. He was supposed to do fun activities with him, and then write about it in a special book to take back to class. Everyone in class is doing this, and by the end the book will be full with stories about all of the fun things Chester did with the kids. Ethan decided to take Chester geocaching with Aidan & Christian while I taught piano. They found the geocache and had a great time! (P.S. Ethan kindly let Aidan sleep with Chester that night. Ethan and Aidan are such good friends.)

Soccer Uniforms

(I am going to be writing a few posts today to catch up on our lives. Sometimes the boys don't want to sit at the computer with me.)

Ethan and Aidan are signed up for soccer. They both got their uniforms yesterday, and Aidan had his first practice last night (Ethan's is tomorrow). For the next month, we have soccer games on Wednesday nights (Aidan), Thursday nights (Ethan), and Saturdays (both of them). The month of April is going to be very busy and very exciting at our house, with both of their birthdays still coming up, doctor's appointments, birthday parties for them and all sorts of fun things.

Both boys wanted to sleep in their soccer uniforms last night because they are so excited for soccer to start.

Fruits and Vegetables

I wanted to put this picture on my blog. This picture of this fruit on my blog. I ate some red apples, and I ate zucchini brownies, and I also ate corn on the cob. I had cauliflower yesterday with a sauce of some kind (hollandaise). I liked it kind of.

Dress Like a Pirate Day

Today at school was Pirate Day. And I had a beard on, and I also played with my friends, and I also played downstairs. I love my momma and I'm so great to see my mom. I made a pirate flag, and I ate my pirate sandwich, and I also got a coin, and I also got ANOTHER pirate flag! That's so much fun. Well, I'm so great to see my mom and I'm already at home and I'm done with preschool. So, I love my mom. Bye, love you.

Baby's Blog Post

My mom is 21 1/2 weeks along. Some days are good, and some days she just feels yucky. Yesterday I kicked her so hard somewhere near her belly button that it scared her! I seem to be sitting higher in her stomach than the boys did. Night time is already getting a bit difficult for Mom to stay comfortable!Love, Baby

Ethan's Blog Post

Our mom is having a baby. I am thinking of a name. Maybe Jane? Elizabeth? Bella? That is my favorite one.

I have FUN at Fun Time Inflatables! It is so fun. There is a huge huge huge slide you go down so fast on a picture it's so crazy. You can't even see us it's so crazy. We went with our friends and we kind of played together and it was kind of fun. The thing that was so fun was the obstacle course big slide. It was fun! At first you dunk or jump, then the next ones you jump jump, go through, jump, dunk, and then jump, and then you climb up a ladder, then you slide down the slide. And right in the middle, from the rope and the slide, was a heater so it was hot up there. I beat my older friend on a fun game, and it's hard. Air hockey.Love, Ethan

Aidan's Blog Post

I did my whole puzzle. It was kind of long. But I keeped working on it. I did it all by myself and no help but kind of memorizing them. So I taked some pictures, but some of them were not great. Some were weird and stuff so I have just finished the puzzle right now and then I'm going to take a picture of it BUT I already taked a picture of it.

I like playing out in the snow. And I like shoveling it. And I like going on the four wheeler and going on the snow on the four wheeler (he got a small ride from someone in the ward) so I just like the snow because it's just so fun to play with it! So I just like it. I love my family and when I'm done I just come in and play stuff with my whole family. (He spent almost four hours outside yesterday! We have about 10 inches of new snow.)I still like Fun Time Inflatables. I love it because it is so bouncy and slidy and we like to play stuff on it so I just like it because I love to play with it and I have just got home but probably a long time ago (Monday). I'm going there again.
