Bunny Ears

I borrowed some bunny ears from a friend for the Enrichment birthday dinner last week. I tried to get a cute picture of Kaitlyn wearing them.

Once the ears were off, I finally got a smile from her. Can you see her two teeth?

Creative Problem Solving

Today Kaitlyn wore this cute outfit for the first time (we went to St. George and it was 75 degrees there, so we pulled out the spring/summerlike outfits). There was only one problem - she kept tripping over the shirt/dress, because it kept getting in the way of her knees.

Swimming at the Aquatic Center

The kids and I spent three hours at the new aquatic center yesterday. I didn't get any pictures of the fun activities and things to do at the pool, but believe me - the boys had a blast. After 2 1/2 hours, Ethan finally came to me and said, "I'm all done. I'm ready to go home." Aidan still wanted to stay, so we gave him 10 more minutes. He would have stayed ALL day if I would have let him.
Kaitlyn wasn't so sure what to think. She held on to me for dear life when I took her in the lazy river. The rest of the time, she just acted a bit - startled. Not scared, but not excited either. She finally fell asleep for about 1/2 hour on my shoulder (we went during her naptime).

A Magic Trick

Ice Fishing

(The boys spent all day last Saturday ice fishing with the Knights and the Ellsworths.)

Ice fishing was fun. We went with Eric Knight, Zachary Knight and his dad, and Holden and Wesley and his dad. And Daddy took us. And we also goed sledding. We catched a fish. And I caught a fish by myself. My favorite part of the whole trip was sledding.

I had a fun time ice fishing. I had fun playing with the dogs. It was fun there. What we did with the dogs is we found a pine cone, we would toss it in the air and the dogs would catch it. (Other ice fishermen brought dogs.)

Snuggies

Knock knock.

My Snuggy is so snuggy!

It has a button on it. And when you want to close it, it has a yarn strip like this long (24 in) and you roll it up, and then you tie the long strip to the Snuggy and then you tie it so it can stay.

Sledding on CAL Ranch Hill

Today Daddy took us sledding. And I jumped on a little hill and a big hill. A little jump. It was fun, really much. It was cold. But I was sweating, and I was sweating and I made this (a fauxhawk). I really like to sled that day.

I liked sledding. It was really fun. I fell down on purpose once, because I didn't fall at all the whole time. It was so fun. We really liked it. We did some pretty big jumps. Plus we stayed there for an hour and thirty minutes.
